DramaDescription
When the apocalypse descends, humans and beast clans coexist on the wasteland as the old order collapses. To strengthen themselves, humans, under the guise of contracts, keep handsome beast-clan men as male consorts and steal their bloodline powers. The human beauty Shen Yuheng is entrusted with a mission at a critical moment: to serve as warden of the Beast-Suppressing Prison and guard four heavily wounded, captured young lords of the beast clans: Feng Linyuan, the broken-winged young phoenix lord; Lan Ye, the dehydrated merfolk prince; Xuan Ling, the spirit-sealed high priest of the dragon clan; and Cang Shuo, the blood-soaked young wolf lord. According to the iron laws of humanity, Shen Yuheng should have forged them into contract male consorts, yet amid one healing session and act of protection after another, he is moved by compassion and sinks ever deeper with the four handsome beast-clan men at the border between taboo and desire. When the human higher-ups discover his dereliction of duty and the beast clans' old retainers launch a rescue, Shen Yuheng must choose between duty and his true heart—and this time, he chooses to betray the entire world for love.
