At Ashwick Law School, evidence prodigy Conall DeWitt and sharp-tongued orator Jude Ashby have spent three years bleeding each other for the top rank. Forced into a fragile pact, they begin peeling back doctored metadata and forged timestamps, only to discover the leak is a deliberate sabotage tied to a faculty-led money-laundering scheme hidden inside the law clinic's pro bono cases. As conspirators close in with threats of planted evidence and professional ruin, their courtroom-style interrogations bleed into late-night strategy sessions where every cross-examination over coffee begins to sound like concern.
